Calm software for the people who make hospitality happen
Hotelciti started in the back office of a family-run guest house — and a conviction that hotel software should feel as welcoming as the hotels it serves.
We watched a brilliant host spend her evenings copying bookings between a channel manager, a spreadsheet and an invoicing tool — three subscriptions, three logins, three places for the same reservation to go wrong. The guests loved her. The software clearly didn't.
So we built the workspace we wished she had: one calendar that is the source of truth, rates that push everywhere instantly, and payments that reconcile themselves. One calm workspace, priced so a nine-room B&B can afford the same tooling as a hotel group.
Today 40+ properties across the UK run their day on Hotelciti — and we still measure success the same way: fewer hours in the back office, more at the front desk.
What we believe
Hospitality first
We build for the people at the front desk at 7am. If a feature does not make their day calmer, it does not ship.
Calm by design
Hotel software is famously noisy. We obsess over removing clicks, alerts and clutter — not adding them.
Fast everywhere
A tape chart should feel instant on hotel Wi-Fi. Performance is a feature we measure and defend.
Trust is the product
Your bookings are your business. Tenant isolation, encryption and backups are non-negotiable defaults.
The people behind the product
A small UK-based team of hoteliers, engineers and designers who answer their own support tickets.
